Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon delivery.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered.

All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Accepting Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, packaging, and receipts.

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, installation damage, or physical damage caused by the customer.

  • Solar products that have already been installed or tampered with may not be eligible for return unless confirmed defective by our technical team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).

  • Customized or specially ordered solar installations.

  • Consumable items such as batteries, bulbs, and cables once used.

Exchange Process

If your product qualifies for exchange:

  • Paxmobile will replace the item with the same model or an equivalent product if the original item is unavailable.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Price differences may apply if exchanging for another product category.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if a replacement product is unavailable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 – 10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers within Lagos may be eligible for pickup service.

  • Customers outside Lagos are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to Paxmobile’s error (wrong or defective product).

  • Paxmobile is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.

Technical Inspection

All returned electronics and solar equipment will undergo technical inspection by Paxmobile technicians before approval of replacement or refund.
